Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Orchard Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
