Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
