Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar Wren Arts Center is an arts centre in Philadelphia with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
