Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Pike Manufacturing makes precision components in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
