Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Orlando, FL)

Summit Pike Property Management is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
