Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Vale Financial is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
