Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
