Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
