Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Rook Staffing places workers with employers around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
