Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Glen Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
