Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Fox Construction is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
