Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
