Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
