Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Umber Hospitality and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 627 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
