Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Pine Community Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
