Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Manufacturing and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
