Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Miami. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
