Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Memphis, TN)

Bright Cobalt Financial is a financial-services company in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
