Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Basin Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 468 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
