Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Memphis area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 256 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
