Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Markets and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
