Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services supports public agencies in Little Rock with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
