Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Cobalt Construction is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
