Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Ivory Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
