Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Foods is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
