Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
