Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
