Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Indianapolis with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
