Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Foods Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
