Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Houston, TX)

Nova Granite Financial is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
