Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Hartford. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
