Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 828 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
