Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Fort Worth plant, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
