Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rook Learning Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
