Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
