Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Summit Beacon Water Authority is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
