Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Facilities and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
