Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
