Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Harbor Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Denver. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
