Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Foods serves customers across Columbus with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
