Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Columbus serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
