Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Juniper Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
