Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
