Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Umber Hospitality is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
