Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 761 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
