Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Keystone Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
