Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Cincinnati serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 767 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
