Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charlotte plant. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
