Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cedar Legal Group Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
