Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Bright Financial Partners serves customers across Boston with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Boston. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
